Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap to ¼ inch thickness.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs with milk, and breadcrumbs with paprika.
Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg mix, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet and fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
