Ingredients:
- 1 Atlantic Salmon (skinless)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Pinch of Parsley
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- ½ tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tbsp Seasoning Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1.5 shots White Wine (Riesling or fruity)
- 4 tsp Butter (unsalted or your choice)
- 1 tsp Alfredo Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ground Oregano
- ¼ tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp Chicken Broth
- Optional: 2 tbsp Blackened Cajun Seasoning
For Shrimp:
- 1 lb Shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
- ½ cup Hennessy
- ½ stick Butter
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar (or substitute)
- ½ tbsp Minced Garlic
- ½ tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- White Pepper to taste
- Parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
For the Salmon:
- Coat the salmon with olive oil and season with the spice mix (paprika, cayenne, seasoning salt, black pepper, and Old Bay).
- Grill the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side (adjust based on thickness). Optional: Broil for 1 minute for extra char.
- In a pan, heat the heavy cream and wine. Stir and add butter, Alfredo sauce, and chicken broth until creamy. Season to taste.
- Drizzle the creamy Cajun butter sauce over the salmon.
For the Shrimp:
- Season shrimp with white pepper, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning.
- Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, and toss shrimp until pink (about 4-5 minutes).
- Add Hennessy and cook until the alcohol burns off. Add brown sugar and red pepper flakes, letting the sauce thicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve alongside the salmon.
