Ingredients:
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot chili-garlic sauce (like sriracha)
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
16 chicken wings (tips removed)
Vegetable oil
Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Glaze: Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, hot chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a small bowl.
Prep the Wings: Trim any excess skin from the chicken wings. Lightly coat them with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill: Grill the wings over medium heat for about 10 minutes until the skin is crispy. Turn them occasionally.
Glaze & Grill: Brush the wings with the glaze and continue grilling for 8-10 more minutes, turning and brushing them a few times, until fully cooked.
Serve Warm: Plate and serve hot for the perfect combo of flavor and crunch!
Baking Option: Preheat oven to 375°F, bake wings for 45 minutes. Then, add sauce and bake at 400°F for 20 more minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.
