Ingredients:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
Place thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 10-12 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
Rest for 5 minutes and serve!
